Just a few niggles - the entertainment at night was WAY too loud, it would've been enjoyable if they turned the speakers down slightly or moved the speakers further away from the bar area. Housekeeping was hit and miss, the room was serviced every single day, it was just little things like replacing the coffee pods and milk and water bottles which were inconsistent. "Good hotel with very good service. Food and drinks were amazing. no complains at all. if there's anything to be improved I would say the reception staff could be a little more polite. I found the security and a check-in staff were a bit impatient and arrogant. (not everyone though). Beautiful place to stay. Would recommend to anyone. "

"The hotel is circa 2 years old, has a great restaurant and roof top bar. Food is excellent. Air of quality everywhere . We booked a standard room which was smaller than we realised. We stayed for 7 nights. Should have had a larger room but photos seemed ok. Music in roof top bar was a bit weird and often not conducive to eating there. I'm 66 and love most types of music but they need to think hard about their target clients needs. "

"Everything was fine, nice location, good room size, comfortable beds, very good variety of food, free parking, close walk to the beach. Our stay would be much better if the outdoor swimming pools were heated"

"The location, style, and level of service are excellent. However we had two main problems. 1. Our room was noisy. We could often hear loud noises from the rooms above and beside us. 2. The facilities were too crowded. At breakfast there was not a table for everyone. Some people had to sit outside in the cold. At the indoor pool there were not enough lockers in the changing room and not enough loungers for everyone to sit in. Sauna and hot tub were filled to capacity."

"The hotel is very well located on the beachfront far enough from town to be quiet and close enough to be walkable. It is less crowded than other hotels in the area. The facilities and service are excellent. My only remark: it would be nice if one of the outside swimming pools were heated - it is too cold to swim in November."

"Absolutely fantastic in every very aspect. Super comfy beds and pillows, very clean, and the food is to die for. The alcoholic drinks are also good. Aziz prepared cocktail’s up to our liking and made recommendations. All staff working there are extremely kind and polite. Nothing is a problem. We truly felt welcome and taken good care of. We have departed from the hotel at 7pm for our flight. We were allowed to use hotel facilities (including diner) until our departure. There is a luggage room...
