The house is arranged like a loft, and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room with a lounge-dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a master suite with a double bed and a bathroom in the bedroom, a study with a sofa that converts into a double bed.

- Entrance door giving direct access to a beautiful and large kitchen with all comforts, fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, food processor...

On the first floor:
Accessible by a wooden staircase, you will find :
- Master suite with attic, with electric double bed 160 x 200 cm, TV. Shower cabin, washbasin and storage space. Toilet in the room separated by a screen.
- On the mezzanine, office space with a table and an armchair. Sofa convertible into a double bed.

- Possibility to park for free in the street

The house is located in a quiet area, in the village of Gouaix. The village is located 1 hour from Paris, 1 hour from Troyes and 35 minutes from Sens.
You will find all the local shops (restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets...) at 11 km from the house, in Provins and in Bray-sur-Seine

- The car is the best way to visit the region
- Bus line 102 to Provins and Nogent sur Seine
- Train to Paris from the Longueville and Provins train stations
