Welcome to Maison Hohentwiel! The flat is surrounded by greenery and tranquillity is guaranteed not only by the house but also by the surrounding area. The flat offers comfortable sleeping and dining facilities. The garden invites you to relax and the surrounding area (Switzerland, Lake Constance, Hegau, Black Forest) offers many possibilities for excursions. The garage has its own charging station for electric cars.
Our holiday flat Maison Hohentwiel is located at the intersection of the Hegau hiking trails, the medieval town of Stein am Rhein in Switzerland, the Rhine Falls and the wonders of Lake Constance. The motorway connection (A81) is 4 km away, the Swiss border crossing (Thayngen customs office) is only 5 km away and the town of Schaffhausen is 15 km from the flat.
The flat is surrounded by greenery and tranquillity is guaranteed not only by the house but also by the surrounding area.
The flat is suitable for families of four and six, friends or couples and offers a comfortable stay during your holiday. There is a large double bed with comfortable mattresses in bedroom 1, two single beds in bedroom 2 and a sofa bed in the living room. Two toilets and a large, bright bathroom are available to guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for cooking. The terrace is furnished with comfortable furniture and invites you to relax. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony, an ashtray is available.
The garage has its own charging station for electric cars (flat rate €13/day). You may occupy the flat from 15:00 and must vacate by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Tourist tax of €2.00 per person/per night is included in the price over the age of 15.
Rules regarding children
Our flat is child-friendly, but parents are still responsible for the safety of their children. If you find anything in our flat that is unsafe or needs to be checked, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix the problem. To ensure that our flat remains child-friendly, we ask that you:
• do not leave children unattended,
• please do not disturb other holidaymakers, neighbours or residents,
• no loud music, no disco music.
We have also tried to make the apartment child-friendly by using safety plugs in the sockets, and by not leaving fragile objects and houseplants in the apartment.
Parents are reminded not to allow children near the hob for at least ten minutes during and after use.
Please do not allow children to jump on the beds! To protect mattresses, place a moisture-retaining mattress pad under the mattress for young children, if necessary. You find the pads in the bathroom cabinet drawer.
The shower enclosure door can only be opened 90 degrees in both directions, is made of glass, so watch out for children when showering.
The plants in the courtyard are not edible, please watch out for children!
Children are only allowed on the terrace and in the courtyard with parental supervision!
Parents are responsible for children in the apartment, on the terrace and in the garden. The courtyard is not fenced, the garage door is behind the fence, therefore climbing the fence and standing on its edge is strictly forbidden! The net over the fence is put up as a warning and is not to be climbed on. Moving artificial plants on the terrace and leaning over the railing is dangerous and prohibited.

Superschöne Wohnung !!
Die Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet. In der schönen Küche war alles da was man wenn man möchte zum kochen braucht. Kaffeebohnen für den Kaffeevollautomat waren auch da.Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung mit angenehmer Terasse
Eine schöne, moderne, neue und saubere Wohnung mit einer Terasse, auf der man gut entspannen kann. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und für Selbstversorger ideal. Die Region ist sowieso einzigartig, man kann viel unternehmen und viel sehen. Auch für Kurzurlaube sehr empfehlenswert! Gerne würden wir bei Gelegenheit wieder kommen!
