Enjoyable stay, staff were absolutely fantastic, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was top class. Room was very clean but a little on the smaller side. Would definitely return without hesitation

The place is in a very serene location.. it's really extra ordinary. Everything is perfect. Never seen such helpful staff... My stay marked a memory in my heart. Access to central station is like a 5 min walk..

The Boatel with a Story to Tell
Don’t even think about it. Just book your room now! This hotel is an incredible value for the level of service and amenities you’ll have. Don’t forget to get a second glass of lingonberry punch. And the view is stunning. A very romantic setting that will spice up the relationship between couples and falling in love all over again. We’ll definitely be back again someday to rock this boat. ☺️🥰

Boat hotel Gullbergs kaj
A very nice way of spending a night. The room was small but it’s on an old boat so that’s okay. The bathroom was fresh but a bit dark in the shower ( no light ). I would recommend asking for a room with water view. Our room was just above the entrance and that was a huge minus. All night we heard the gangway squeaking and in the morning 6:30 the garbage truck came to empty the bins. There’s a lot of outdoor spaces. Really nice, but you’re not allowed to bring alcohol. So no bubbles on the sun deck. The breakfast was nice with all the usuals. The kitchen is open til 21:45 with a tasty menu. The location is perfect. Close to the city centre.

It was a really fun experience to stay on a ship that’s been converted into a hotel, and you didn’t feel like you were on the water at all which I appreciated. There were some nice views from the deck and it had the perfect seating area for watching the sunset. I had a ‘city view’ room which looked over the car park, so next time I’d definitely opt for the sea view room. The room was clean and an acceptable size for me and my friend to share. The bathroom was good, but the shower cubicle felt a little cramped due to its odd shape. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to the city centre, and there are scooters/bikes available to rent directly outside. I believe there were also buses stopping nearby. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and answered all our questions. They provided a safe place to keep our luggage before check-in/after check-out which was really helpful. Breakfast had a decent selection, with the buffet included in the booking. It never got too busy, but also had a good atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again!

Hotellet är över förväntan. Mycket rent. Ingen dålig lukt på rummet eller hotellet överlag. En plus för mannen som städade (afrikan). Himla trevlig och noggrann i sitt jobb. Utbudet till fukost var stor. Mycket att välja på. Fylls på hela tiden. Färskt o fräsht. Rummet var helt ok för oss två. Bekväma sängar. Tv. Rent o prydligt. Ett stort plus för strykbrädan och strykjärnet på varje våning. Hårtork finns inte på rummen men finns att hämta i receptionen. På hotellet finns även bar. Man kan köpa snacks. Mycket bra läge. Nära centralstationen. 4 stjärnor för service endast pga en utav personalen som var i receptionen och betjänade oss. Var dyster, ingen servicekänsla. Försökte inte ens vara trevlig. Men man får hoppas på att hen hade bara en dålig dag.
