Funny name: Father's Hat. Reasonable priced, quiet, pleasant, cozy area, good breakfast, maybe a little bit small room and a bit old. Possible to park for free in the backyard. Many cafes and smaller restaurants in the surrounding area and a huge castle.

Dirty and wear down
The glory days of this hotel is long gone. It’s old wear down and simply dirty. The location is nice but the owners don’t realize the potential. It may be cheap but not worth it Hopefully they restore this hotel and some day it will be worth the trip . Because the surroundings are beautiful

Dårlig, drar ikke dit igjen.
Mange år siden siste opphold og husket det som et flott koselig hotell. Nå forfalt betydelig og minner om et spøkelseshotell nedslitt og møkkete og luktet vondt. Var nok under oppussing med maleflekker og rotete ting i korridorene, og så derfor ikke ut, følelse av å gå på en byggeplass. Rommet nedslitt og luktet mugg, støvete og var nesten engstelig for at lampene med støv skulle ta fyr. Fikk ikke tv til å fungere. Man sjekker inn nå i baren som lukter øl og dette er også frokostsalen så luktet sånn da også samt bakgrunnsmusikk som hører til på en bar og ikke passende til frokost. Frokosten dog helt greit og bra utvalg. Personalet ikke på det mest blide å møte på, og ryddet unna glass under frokost som var i bruk og ikke ferdig med, men fikk dog beklagelse for dette. Vil heller huske sånn det var en gang i tiden. Drar ikke dit igjen.

Receptionen ligger i restaurangen/baren och när jag checkade in så var det halloweendisco där, så det var svårt att höra vad personslen sa. Rummet hade bara ett badlakan och saknade alltså både handuk för handtvätt och handduk att stiga på när man steg ur badkaret. Frukostrestaurangen var smutsig och verkade inte ha varit städad sedan festen kvällen innan, med kladdiga bord och golv. Skorna klibbade i golvet. Gardinen i rummet var för smal och täckte inte hela fönstret.

Klar förbättring senare tid!
Det märks att hotellet gjort en förvandling sedan mitt senaste besök för cirka 2 år sedan! I positiv bemärkelse! Jag hade ett trevligt besök och uppskattade bemötandet från samtlig personal. Bra hotellfrukost med allt man kan önska sig. Bekväma sängar. Trots fest i lokalen så hördes inget oväsen till rummet. Viss grovstädning hade kunnat göras av tex lampkupoler i badrum där gamla insekter syntes tydligt men sånt stör inte mig något vidare, kan tänka mig att det är sådant som drar ner andras betyg. Förstår att inte det hinns med i den dagliga städningen dock. Kanonläge och kanonpriser så förväntar någon sig toppmodern lyx får dom nog söka sig någon annanstans. Jag tycker Fars Hatt är väl värda 4 av 5 stjärnor.

Vi komma tillbaka!
Vi hade en jättefin vistelse på Fars hatt. Petsonalen har mycket trevliga och serviceminded. Vi hyrde ett familerum som var rent och tillräckligt stort. Frukostbuffe var utmärkt med mycket gott. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka. Härliga anor från 60- talet som man gärna skulle vilja se mer av.
