Comfortable, clean, quiet location, nearby central
Easy walking distance from the train station, located in a quieter, more rural part of town but with many quaint restaurants and grocery stores still nearby for accessibility. The hotel from the outside looks like an apartment but rooms were clean, bed was very comfortable and bonus there is a bathtub which you don't come by too often. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is one of the best I've had. This hotel was a gem of a find.

Good clean hotel with a large room and a comfortable large bed. Great staff. The area around isn't the best but it is safe with many restaurants and is vert close to the central railway station.

Convenient location, easy walk around, less 15 minutes walk to central station. Very good breakfast, nice staff. I travel a lot around the world, this is the best hostel, very recommended.

Very nice stay at the Sure hotel. 10 mins walk from the train station so it was a great location to be in. Staff were really helpful for early breakfasts to go/ storing luggage before check in. Would recommend.

Great value
We had a very late check in due to a late flight, which is why we chose this hotel. We left too early for breakfast but the inclusive breakfast buffet did look amazing (as I popped my head in for a peek). The room was lovely and I really did feel you got great value for your money here. I would come back and stay here.

On the night we stayed, the entire hotel did not have hot water ! There was no communication to the guest. Not enough towels to use. They provided two large towels and one medium towel. You would to ask for extra towels.

The only real problems were odors that came from the bathroom (cheesey), some fried chicken odor thru the hall at 6am, noisy guests, no usb plugs, no heat and few tv channels. That sounds like alot, but, it was good. Some things beyond their control. Buffet looked good too.

Dålig städning
Trevligt mottagande av mycket ung personalstyrka, och våffelbuffé på kvällen, här slutar det trevliga. Rummet var så dammigt att vi alla satte igen på nätterna, det var ett tjokt lager dam och damråttor under sängen och så snart man rörde sig yrde s..... runt i rummet. Sängarna var hårda och kuddarna platta. Luften i rummet var jättedålig, vi fick sova med 3 fönster öppna och det var fortfarande ingen syre i rummet. Frukosten var dåligt planerad, mycket tog slut hela tiden och någon framförhållning hade man inte så det var redo att fyllas på. Saknade en röd sylt och nutella.
