"The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. The room was virtually clean although there were a few small marks on the bed linnen and the usb charging socket didnt work. Only 3 plug sockets in the entire room and they were too close to the dresser service that a normal usb plug wouldnt fit in. "We stayed 2 nights, visiting family for a pre Christmas get together. And whilst we didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, when we were there the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and warm and the breakfast excellent. "

"The receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The room itself was very nice and the beds were very comfortable! The only 'complaint' would be the cleanliness of the bathroom whih was not good (mould on the vents etc.) Overall, the stay was very nice. "

"Had tickets for Leicester Tigers so stayed the night before. The hotel is right at the ground and even has its own “grandstand” at one end of the bar where you can relax and enjoy a big screen experience. Our room and facilities were excellent and the breakfast buffet extensive. Will certainly be returning. "
