"The hotel is very centrally located and on-site public parking is available right in front of the hotel (incl. 4 overnight electric car charging spots). Our room was spacious, quiet and clean. It made a very cosy impression as it featured a huge tiled stove that must have been used once upon a time to heat the room. In general, the hotel has a very nice atmosphere because of it's old age. "Boutique hotel within walking distance of train station and in downtown Sundsvall. Lightly staffed and property was a bit aged, understandably because the building was probably 100 years old, but it met our needs and breakfast was sufficient. "

"Room dirty with dust and not cleaned after my complaint. Breakfast and dinner are very basic with no minimum chouce of foods. It is a real shame and disgraceful for a supposed 4* hotel. The only positive point is the location. "

"Easy check-in process, keypad code provided by text message on day of arrival. Room was basic but clean and decent for the price. Good shared shower and toilet facilities and washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious."

"Väldigt fin miljö med utsikt mot vattnet. Fint och gemytligt i gemensamma utrymmen. Rummet var väldigt fint, lika så badrummet. Vi kommer absolut att återvända hit i framtiden. "

"kiva paikka, jossa loistava palvelu. Hyvä keittiö, illallisbufee oli erinomainen. Todella laadukasta ruokaa kohtuulliseen hintaan. aamupala toivomuksen mukaan jo klo 7.00 sunnuntai aamuna. aamiainen oli myös laadukas. Koiraystävällinen hotelli, jossa koirat majoittuivat ilmaiseksi."
