Cozy cottage in the Palatinate Forest - in the southern Wasgau

It is in the house to a "Just-roof house" Feriendorf Eichwald.
The house was completely renovated in 2015/16 and lovingly furnished. It is ideal for up to 4 persons. Through the sleep function of the living room couch can use the house a maximum of 6 people.

The location of the house is an ideal starting point to explore the beautiful landscapes of southern Wasgau and the northern Vosges, with its many medieval ruins and the rock formations of red sandstone.

The house is a comfortable base camp for all nature and culture lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and climbers, or for people who simply want to enjoy the peace and the special atmosphere in the holiday village Eichwald. The immediate area offers many recreational opportunities for families with children as for recreational athletes alike.

Nestled in a beautiful landscape, bordered by the Palatinate Forest and the Rhine, invites the adjoining wine and fruit growing area Südpfalz for excursions. Here can be along the German Wine Route in the wine villages with wine tastings and wine festivals, the culture of winemaking experience directly and up close.

Enjoy the culinary specialties of the region in the many wine bars, pubs and ostrich farms.

For Closing Day offers well-equipped cottage - for 4 up to 6 people - even many ways to time off right: you can enjoy the tranquil forest location in the garden or on the covered terrace with Felsblick, cooking in the cozy kitchen, barbecue in the garden or make yourself comfortable on chilly winter days by the fireplace ....

Traumhafte Herbsttage in der Natur
Wir haben vier Tage in den Herbstferien im Feriendorf Eichwald verbracht. Das Haus hatten wir zum zweiten mal gebucht, weil wir uns dort einfach wohl fühlen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Aus allen Fenstern und von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne und sogar auf den Felsen Kriemhildenstein. Wandern, Mountainbiken und Esskastanien sammeln ist in direkter Umgebung möglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Schlafzimmer waren nur über eine "Hühnerleiter" ohne Handlauf zu betreten. Für ältere Personen mit z.B. Knieproblemen gefährlich. Dieses muss man den Kunden wegen der vorhandenen Sturzgefahr vor Buchung mitteilen!

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame und abwechslungsreiche Woche. Das Häuschen bietet alles - das Beste ist die Veranda. Da wir mit Hund unterwegs waren, war die abschließbare Veranda ein Segen. Schöne, saubere Unterkunft - genau wie im Inserat beschrieben.
Unterkunft und Grundstück sind wie im Inserat beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt: genau das Richtige für einen Urlaub, auch mit der Familie. Der Platz reicht aus, das Ferienhaus ist komfortabel eingerichtet und wurde vor wenigen Jahren modernisiert. Die Lage direkt im Pfälzer Wald ist idyllisch und sehr ruhig.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Schöne Ferienwohnung, aber nicht wie beschrieben mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Da fehlen einfach Türen zwischen den beiden Bettengruppen. Die Koffer kann man auf keinen Fall in den 1. Stock mitnehmen. Die Treppe ist eine Treppenleiter wie im Hühnerstall. Der Vermieter wünscht bei der Abreise eine Grundreinigung der Wohnung bei der Abreise.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Die Lage des Ferienhauses im Eichwald ist hervorragend. Da das Ferienhaus etwas erhöht und mit Büschen und Bäumen abgegrenzt ist, ist man für sich. Auf der Terrasse haben wir bei dem Frühstücken die Morgensonne sehr lange genießen können. Es sind nur die Geräusche des Waldes hörbar, so daß wir richtig vom Alltag abschalten und die 14 Tage Urlaub genießen konnten. Jederzeit wieder.

Phantastische Aussicht und Vogelgezwitscher
Wir konnten unser langes Wochenende in diesem gut und modern ausgestatteten Haus sehr genießen. Die Terrasse hat eine herrliche Aussicht. Das Vogelgezwitscher war beeindruckend. Da sie umzäunt ist, konnte der Hund sich hier auch frei bewegen. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und stilvoll. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, die Natur zu genießen z.B. durch Wandern.

Das Ferienhaus ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kamin war das i- Tüpfelchen.

Schöne Unterkunft
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden was es zum Leben braucht. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. "Einzigste wermutstropfen: die sehr steile Treppe könnte für ältere Menschen zum Problem werden und das sollte vorher, meiner Meinung nach, mitgeteilt werden.
