Little Lane is a charming 2 bedroomed cottage situated in Alverstoke Village, Gosport, not far from the beach.

There are 2 good sized double first floor bedrooms, one with a 5ft king size ‘zip and link' double bed (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested) plus an en suite bathroom and the other with a 4ft 6″ double bed with an en suite shower room. On the ground floor there is also the snug which can be converted to create a third ground floor bedroom, possibly sleeping up to 6 guests in total.

To the rear of the ground floor is the open plan kitchen, dining room, living area with a newly fitted modern shaker style kitchen, fully equipped for self catering with all essential mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine, a dining table for up to 6 guests and two sofas, a flat screen TV and Bluetooth Music Speaker.

To the front on the ground floor is The Snug, ideal to quietly escape for a good read, or can be converted to create a third ground floor bedroom.

French doors to the rear lead out onto a paved patio and a fully enclosed west facing rear garden which has the possibility of hiring in a Hot Tub, if desired (Conditions apply-please contact us for further details).

All bedding and towelling is provided, with a mid term maid cleaning service available on request. Additional linen is available at £25 per set to include 1 medium bath towel.

Child cots, highchairs and stairgates also available at no extra cost. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own childs bedding).

Little Lane is pet friendly and we warmly welcome up to 2 medium sized well behaved four legged friends at an additional cost of £25 each per dog, per week/part week. (However, to be fair to our neighbours no continuous barkers please).

In addition to the rental cost we ask our guests for a security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage.

Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue.
