There is plenty of space in the large living room with comfy sofas and large TV. Leading on to the dining room with the huge dining table perfect for family dinners. Beyond that is the games room with a pool table, sofa and access to the garden. The kitchen is separate but fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with storage, a smaller double bedroom with built-in cupboards, then a third bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over bath.

Unauthorised early check-ins and late check-outs will result in a fine of £50.

Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a £100 fine for violators.

Guests bringing pets without prior authorization will be charged £150.

No parties or large groups allowed.
