"A very cute and cosy log cabin on the shores of Shipshewana Lake. We celebrated 2 - 70th birthdays and 1 - 50 year anniversary this weekend and enjoyed the cosy ‘feel’ of the cabin whenever we were there. Enjoyed the Lights of Joy drive thru. Beautiful. "

"Adorable little place steps from the water. Enjoyed our 2 night stay here while we attended the PBR at the MEC center. Was afraid the traffic would be bad, as it coincided with the lighting of the Christmas lights, but we left before they blocked off the main drag & sailed right thru. We spent probably an hour just looking at all the Knick knacks & whatnot, reliving our memories. Tastefully decorated! We could relate to most of the stuff there. "The cabin worked for a home base for us, but it was not what was pictured...not even close!! outside was nothing like the picture, cabin looked older. Upon arrival, kitchen sink was dirty, stove had obviously had something hot spilled on knobs that were melted and grimy, stove had no propane, we had to switch the tank over (they did refill it), they provide the charchoal grill as listed, but no utensils. It worked for this weekend, but will probably find another place next time. Pool was dirty -...
