"We rented this gorgeous home for three generations of our family to gather together as we reconnected and visited family sites in Monterey and McDowell. I normally visit The Homestead area of Bath Co and knew that this property would be well maintained because of the management connection. I was not disappointed! The property is even more lovely than the pictures and was a perfect weekend retreat for the eight of us, who ranged in age from 20 - 84!"

"Our stay in this historic countryside farmhouse was wonderful! This old house is so charming and quirky. The house has plenty of seating, eating space, bedrooms and we loved the coffee bar setup. The land is beautiful and so peaceful. We enjoyed walking the farm, watching the cows and listening to the stream. There is so much to do outside with the firepit area, basketball/tennis court, ladder ball, cornhole, etc. We really enjoyed our three days there. Ian was a terrific host...responding...

"This property was just what we needed! We were in town for a small family wedding. The property is beautiful! The creek running behind the property is easy access. There are several hiking trails around the area. Lexington is a short drive away if you forgot to pack something. The hosts are amazing and are very responsive!"
