Important Note: Kyma Villa is part of the VK Villas complex, laying in 4 acres private land, which includes one additional villa (Votsalo Villa) on the lower level, so some areas may be shared or overlooked. The villa consists of a main building featuring an inviting living room and two bedrooms, while a third private bedroom is situated separately with its own entrance and direct access to the pool.

For added convenience, there is an additional WC near the living area. Accommodating up to seven guests, the villa is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy. One of the bedrooms features its own entrance and is “wheelchair accessible”, providing enhanced individuality and direct access to the pool. A TV is provided in the living room, thoughtfully placed to maintain a tranquil, screen-free ambiance during bedtime, fostering a true sense of sanctuary.
