Fantastisch war der riesige Garten und die überdachte Terrasse. Die Lage von dem Haus ist perfekt. In nur 3 min zu Fuß ist man am Bahnhof und hat von dort sehr gute Anbindung an viele Ziele in der Umgebung. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. "Neighborhood in Mainz was delightful! Sleeping arrangements as advertised - two bedrooms which sleep 2 each on 2nd floor, and one bedroom with other beds/futons on top floor. Kitchen was a bit underequipped compared to our other European VRBO experiences - no vegetable peeler, no saucepans smaller than multiple gallon, very minimal spices. Kitchen not really equipped to cook. Backyard is NOT AS ADVERTISED - overgrown and unkempt waist high grass made it unusable except patio and table directly...

"Bathroom was so small you had to step over shower to get in, the internet quit working and the property manager couldn’t get it to work Very disappointed would not recommend this property to anyone"

"Das Wochenende in Mainz war sehr schön. Das Hofhaus war schön gemütlich, sauber und einladend. Im zugehörigen Innenhof konnte man sich gemütlich und in Ruhe aufhalten, was bei dem Wetter perfekt war! Der Vermieter, Ingo, war sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat während dem Wochenende immer wieder sichergestellt, dass es an nichts fehlt und super Programmtipps für in und um Finthen gegeben, die man sonst vielleicht nicht gefunden hätte. "We enjoyed our stay. Great location, very close to S-bahn 8/9 (one stop from FRA AP). Nicely decorated. Only negative for me is that the bathroom vanity is high for me since I'm petite but still worked out. They had large bath towels that is rare. We met the daughter as we were leaving, and she was coming in and chatted with her briefly letting her know that we enjoyed our stay."

"Tamara is a wonderful host. She made sure we have snacks and everything we need during our stayed ;they even went out of their way to help us take care of a parking ticket."

"Wie waren zufrieden"

"Der Vermieter ist super freundlich, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben, bis auf den Außenbereich. Anstelle des Gartens betreibt der Vermieter dort jetzt einen kleinen Gastro Betrieb. Dieser stört jedoch nicht, im Gegenteil. Man sitzt dort sehr nett und gemütlich mit Biergarten Atmosphäre und das Essen ist richtig lecker!!"

"Wij waren afgelopen week (11-9 t/m17-9) in Buchfink74 en hebben genoten ondanks het bewolkte en koude weer. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer compleet uitgerust. De verhuurders, Claudia en Uwe waren zeer attent en reageerden binnen een half uur."

Leider ist auch die Schlafcouch nicht als Bett zu benutzen, da es keine Matratze hat sondern nur harter Stoff ist. "The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya.
