The rooms are very, very clean, and very well appointed. It is also the most eco-friendly room that we have ever stayed in in our lives. The beds are large and extremely comfortable. "The host Guerrino was absolutely amazing! Our flight was delayed and he was in constant contact with us making sure we arrived safely. We were driving from MXP to Cavarzere and didn’t arrive until 1:30am. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was close to our family in Rovigo. I would definitely pick The Roses house to come back on our next trip to the Venezia area and recommend it to all looking for a central location near the beach and all the amazing attractions nearby."

"The property is in a rural setting amongst farm fields but is well screened by trees. The rooms are large with comfortable furniture and beds. There was a choice of pillows which will suit most people. Outside it was good to have both the pool area and a more private area at the rear. The property is close to local amenities but having a car is essential. Overall this is an excellent property."

"Great location and nice to have designated sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only downside was that the beds were a little hard."

"This is a charming and warm historical property and well worth my visit for the one night. I stayed here. The family is warm and caring and makes my trip so much more enjoyable as I sit in their backyard amongst fields of agricultural pursuits with wheat and other products in the process of growing, the sounds of songbirds and the neighboring roosters which did not make any sound thank God last night or this morning along with the hen add to the wonderful ambience. I am delighted I stayed here. The building is 150 years old rustic, and very charming. "
