"I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times. Literally dozens. Check-in and check-out were excellent as always. I was leaving early morning to get my US flight. The shuttle driver threw me off the shuttle even though I had a need to be at the terminal. He threw me off (a white middle-aged male) to take a younger, attractive, lady who said she didn’t want to go to the terminal, didn’t have a flight and didn’t have luggage. She insisted she could walk to her bus. But he insisted to throw me off and take her. When I complained at reception they called the duty manager who called me a liar to my face. He literally called me a liar. In fairness he offered to get another shuttle, but as I told him, the other shuttle was back by that time. I stay in hotels 150+ nights per year (and in this hotel often). I have never been so insulted in my life. I was discriminated against because I was a white man. "
