"No reception and was left in the cold for over 40 minutes to check in ! no heat in room , was not given any wifi in formation for the room , the next day got the password but in the room it was no signal . The shower arrangement is bad , no extractor fan in the room for the shower. Overall very disappointing , breakfast was ok. "

"Large rooms with Nice bathroom. It was a few minutes drive from town. Do not let the small town fool you. It was the loudest place I have ever stayed. If booking make sure to ask for a room away from the very very busy road in the front of the hotel. There is no AC so you have to leave the window open to the noise. Free parking is steps away from the hotel. Make sure not to book last minute because there is no one at the hotel, you get a lock box code. This is a small family owned hotel...

"This house has EVERYTHING you could ever need and more! The accommodation is spacious and immaculately clean. We are a family of 5 adults, a 12 year old and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for us all. "Ein mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes kleines Haus, ein riesiger Garten, die ruhige Lage im Dreieck Bad Ems, Montabaur und Diez, sowie der freundliche und stets ansprechbare Vermieter haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir eine sehr entspannte Woche in Winden verbracht haben. Von hier kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen, oder man startet direkt eine Tour durch den Westerwald. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder."
