The staff are extremely nice and very courteous including the residents. I would choose The Savoy Jersey on my next visit to Jersey. I really enjoyed my stay and the ambiance was very nice."

"Unfortunately the swimming pool & spa area are only open 8am-8pm; arrived late & had to leave early; which was disappointing; therefore, was unable to use these facilities as planned/expected. Parking was rather difficult; ramp very narrow & was not able to drive up the ramp, to more parking. The sink in the bathroom was very low; was this a handicap room, I wondered; it was not until I went into the bathroom that I was aware of this. Carla at the reception, when I checked in, was very attentive."
