Gordola 15 km from Locarno: Small, rustic house "La Verzaschina", 2 storeys, surrounded by trees. In the resort, in a quiet position. For shared use: small garden. Private: patio, barbecue. Motor access to the house. Parking. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Valle Verzasca, Vallemaggia, Centovalli, Cardada, Monte Tamaro & Splash and SPA. Please note: not suitable for small children. Not suitable for children under 10 years.

Simple and cosy furnishings: kitchen-/living room (3 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso (mitnehmen) extra) with open-hearth fireplace and radio. Exit to the patio. Shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: open living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (90 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV, flat screen and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Patio partly roofed. Deck chairs (2). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free).
