The Space:
This house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood near Charleston, Goose Creek, Summerville, and Moncks Corner. Everything is provided for your comfort and convenience. The house is near shopping, beach and The Naval Weapons Station.

Guest Access:
This 4 bedroom two bath house has living room, kitchen and dining area. One of the bedrooms doubles a game area. There is also a dedicated room for washer and dryer. The backyard is large and fenced.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood convenient to grocery stores and Interstates.

Getting Around:
Having a personal vehicle is preferred. We do have guests that stay and use Uber/ grub hub to get around and have food delivered.

Interaction with Guests:
I do live in town and have help available to help with any issue that may arise.

This was our 2nd stay at this home. Check-in was easy, the home was well stocked with pots, pans and supplies. It was very clean and the backyard was a great space for a pet. Definitely will stay here again!

This place was great: it was clean, very comfortable furniture, super comfortable beds, big fenced in backyard that is great for kids, more than enough tvs with great wifi, plenty of supplies in the kitchen to cook with, quiet neighborhood, and it was just as advertised! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for a getaway
The house was perfect! Pretty much as described. Our little dog thoroughly enjoyed the fenced backyard. It’s located a short drive to Charleston. There are several restaurants and stores located very close. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We may even book it again next year!

This house was adorable. It was clearly very recently remodeled and everything was extremely clean and up to date. The neighborhood itself wasn't the best but we had no issues. I would definitely recommend this place for a future stay. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of room for all of us.

Girls Trip!
Very easy check in and out process. Our trip was scheduled for right after Hurricane Ian and we were able to get very quick communication on the status of the weather. The house was very clean, close drive to the airport, shopping, and not too far of a drive to downtown Charleston and the beaches. Great place to stay after a busy day of sightseeing, quiet neighborhood.

Spring Break with 4 generations of girls
This house was so perfect for us. We have family in Goose Creek and I brought my daughters and granddaughters down. There was more than enough room. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for my grands to play! True bonus with a TV in each bedroom and in the futon room. Will definitely consider using this home again!

Quiet get away
We enjoyed a nice quick get away for my daughters graduation on this very cute home. Even when the power went out (no fault of the owner. It was a transformer issue) the owner was there too reassure us and offer any all suggestions he could. Luckily we got power back super fast! The home was very cute and cozy.

Goose Creek home near Charleston
We stayed at this property for four days and found it very comfortable and plenty of room for a group of 5 people and one small dog. It was only a short drive to go into downtown Charleston and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The only issue we had when we arrived was the lawn had not been mowed and when I emailed the owner they responded right away and assured me that someone would be out to take care of it. They had received a lot of rain before our stay and was unable to take care of it before we got there. Would definitely consider staying at this home again!

We came down to help move my Son and his family to South Carolina. When we arrived, the home was clean, smelled good and was very comfortable. The driveway accommodated our Uhaul truck as well as two other vehicles. Any questions I had were answered right away. We will definitely stay here again soon when visiting my Son and his family since his apartment can’t accommodate us all. Thank you so much!!

Everything was perfect. The house was super clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The huge fenced in yard was amazing! Our golden retriever was so excited to have a place to run and play. Which made us super happy! The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Lots of people working in their yards. All very friendly. It took us about 30 minutes to drive downtown but we knew that going into the trip. Publix and Walmart were just a couple miles away. We would happily stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Lovely home
If you’re looking for a rental on the outskirts of Charleston this is a great location. The house was perfect for 6 adults and 1 child. The enclosed room off of the laundry area is a nice addition for additional privacy as well. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. I am always leery of stripping linens at time of check out due to some of what I have seen in the past. The mattress pads and pillows all looked brand new! It was a pleasant surprise (especially for an OCD germaphobe)!! The only suggestion I have is that the outside of the home could use a good pressure washing, but the inside was updated and clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and were quick to respond to any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
