Located at the top of Goodwick Hill in this pretty coastal village, a 3 bedroom stone cottage/ex farmhouse dating back to around 1770. The cottage sleeps 6 and there is ample off-road parking, and a fully enclosed back garden safe for little ones.
Nearby you have the coast path, 3 pubs, shopping, a couple of Fish & Chip restaurants, transport links via bus, rail and sea (Ireland) making this an excellent base to explore Pembrokeshire year round.
There are two receptions in the cottage; As you enter, sitting room to the right with a 32" TV/DVD combo, DVD's, leather sofa's & chairs etc.
To the left is the dining room accommodating six at the table, original fireplace feature, and a small nook that houses a home organ.
A small step up leads into a hallway and the fully equipped kitchen, which has a washer/dryer combo, an American style fridge, microwave etc.
The back door then leads out into the garden which is fully enclosed and safe for little ones.
A folding wood/glass partition leads to the mid level bathroom and stairs. The bathroom has a full bath, shower and a charming vanity unit. In the airing cupboard you will find spare sheets, towels, high chair, clothes horse, ironing board etc.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom has wooden bunk beds and one single bed, and the third bedroom has a single bed.
The property is most comfortable to sleep 4 adults, and the bunks for children.
There is also a small study upstairs.
Linen and towels are provided and the beds made up for your arrival. Central heating and the hot water is controlled via a Nest thermostat, so easy to operate.
The property is very easy to find; A40 toward the ferry terminal, go around the roundabout and straight on until you come to the Rose & Crown pub. Turn left there, and proceed right up to the top of the hill. As you round the bend at the top, the property will be directly in front of you.
Guest access is for the entire property, except the garage.
