I was a resident of the hotel for 2 nights and on my last night at the hotel my elderly parents who cannot walk comfortably, i decided to accompany them to their room. "Nice place to view once, but I won't be back. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive but some inclusive. My favourite drink is Negroni and Capirinha and those were not on the All inclusive list, so you have to pay for them. All the cocktails I tried were tasteless and mostly water alcohol and sugar. All coktails taste the same. Not happy with the quality of drinks. Also the sailing, I was trying to sail 3 days in a row, wasn't available. from what I seen only weekend you can do sailing....

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. "The flats are next to a very busy road with morning and evening heavy traffic and next to three discos with a lot of weekend night actions and noise. The flats are spacy and awere nicely build but meanwhile lack repair and maintenance and thus appear to be rundown."
