Our large house located in a very quiet little starred village and 3 km from the beach guarantees you an unforgettable stay!!

You can relax all year round in our 11 m/4 indoor swimming pool heated to 28° and installed in a temperate veranda secured by a shutter in a lockable room.
Also take advantage of the table football, the sauna with essential oils and refresh yourself with a shower adjoining the swimming pool.
The triple stay allows everyone to isolate themselves and enjoy the choice of a fireplace (insert guaranteeing safety), watch a film or play video games (playstation) or sit down on a large table for 12 people. Many etwe games are available.
A room adjoining the living room on the ground floor can be used as an office or as a bedroom with a BZ sofa bed, top-of-the-range king size bed. An elliptical bike awaits the bravest in this room.

The kitchen open to the living room is very well equipped (induction hob and integrated hood, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker and espresso, toaster, 2 raclette machines, 2 crepe machines... Weber barbecue.

Upstairs you will have:
- a parental suite with an electric bed with a 160 liftable head and foot, a wardrobe, a dressing table, a wardrobe and a dressing room including a small child's bed
- A bathroom next to the suite includes a large bathtub, two sinks, a shower and a toilet. This will be renovated in February and will have a balneotherapy bath.
- a large bedroom with 2 two single beds or a large 180 bed, a fireside chair (80 bed),
- 2 bedrooms with 140 beds and wardrobes
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and WC

In the enclosed garden of 900 m2 not directly overlooked, children can enjoy the swing or ball games.

Also take advantage of the outdoor ping-pong table

Thanks to the bicycles provided, you can quickly get to Cabourg or Merville Franceville using the cycle paths.
rental is 3 night minimum and 5 night minimum during. School holidays.

WE PROCEED TO THE COMPLETE CLEANING OF THE VILLA BEFORE EACH ARRIVAL WITH PRODUCTS CONTAINING DISINFECTANT. 12 HOURS OF CLEANING ARE DEDICATED TO THIS CLEANING.

A lovely property to stay in. The owners met us there and were very helpful showing us around. The pool was fantastic. The location was great to get around and visit the beaches and war museums. Just to note that there is not a patisserie or any shops in the village and you will need to travel to get provisions but this did not take away from our stay.

Exactly what we needed, and more...
We were a family of grand parents, our daughter, husband and their 5 children. A lot to do for everyone, as advertized, and a very safe backyard with swing set for the small ones. Many horses and hens (in the distance) for neighbors. Very well decorated and appointed property with quick access everywhere. Thanks for hosting us.

The whole family had an amazing week. The swimming pool was, of course, the biggest hit with the grandchildren. The owners had thought of everything. Lots to see in the surrounding area. We have all summarised it as follows: Grannie Sue: fabulous decor Grumpy Alan: magnifique Parents: well-presented great vibe unbelievable Children: Finlay (17) exquisite Lottie (14) cosy Samuel (13) beautiful Maisie (8) amazing house. And the lovely Veronique was there to greet us and show us around. We can only recommend it.

A superb property looked after by caring hosts.
Our 10 day holiday was just ideal. With varied Normandie weather the facilities were just perfect: a large swimming pool area including a sauna, shower room and upmarket table football; outdoor table tennis plus an awning over and several areas in the property for sitting, playing games etc. Outside the swings were popular with the children and we all appreciated the outdoor dining area with restaurant-quality sun parasol. Everything was of a high standard: kitchen facilities; washing and drying facilities in the garage and enough bikes for those of us young enough to use them! Our only criticism was that the VRBO photographs did not do the property justice (especially the pool area which was idyllic)! Thank you Brigitte and Pascal for allowing us to enjoy your holiday home. Our family had a great time!

A beautiful house in lovely surroundings. Excellent facilities for all ages and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the pool house, table tennis and darts. Comfortable bedrooms also. A short drive to beach, bakery and supermarket. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful holiday.

Deze vakantiewoning biedt veel ruimte voor in ons geval 9 personen. Er zijn veel plekken buiten om te zitten. Een luxe bbq staat klaar en er een heerlijk binnenzwembad. Waar je bij lekker weer een overdekt zwembad van kan maken. We hebben vanaf het begin tot het eind kunnen genieten hier! Zeker aan te raden dus!
