"We really enjoyed our stay at this magnificent hotel. The staff and service is first class. The decor is the high end Sardi decor I was hoping to experience. "Nice clean room, and overall nice place. Few issues, wifi very weak, not reaching the room at all, and bed very high, very difficult to get in. But overall happy with the place."

"Staff can be a little cold but always professional. Rooms need a little TLC, maintenance appears to be reasonable but not as tight as it could be, wallpaper beginning to peel and moisture damage on the bottom of doors. All in all, good breakfast, comfortable, clean and great location... cafes, restaurants and shops all around you."
