"It's an overpriced hotel in the middle of nowhere."

"Perfect location in the middle of town with parking one block away. It's worth paying extra for the suite. Very nice and cozy."

"Really nice hotel with a good choice at breakfast. Secure parking was at a cost of €3.50 a day. I did think that i had already paid for parking in the option chosen when booking but the lady at reception said that it was incorrect on Hotels.com. We stayed on a Monday night and there were hardly any places to eat that were open at teatime, I'm sure on a Friday or Saturday night though there would have been a larger choice. Would stay again."

"Check-in was super fast, receptionist very nice and friendly with great English. The room was spacious enough and very tidy. Room safe a pleasure, free parking was a big plus for us. The area around the hotel and the whole town is quiet and safe. The better price, proximity to the train station and the 20 minute train ride to Strasbourg make staying here more economical and hassle free than staying in a big city."

"Great service form this young couple. Fantastic breakfast and dinner on the outside courtyard. The studio with 2 rooms we reserved was ideal for 2 brothers. Very quiet at night and in the middle of the wine tours. Located between Strasbourg and Colmar, a en a few miles from these beautiful Alsacian villages. "

"We had a fantastic stay at La Diligence Obernai, service and facilities were top notch. The location was lovely, we booked the balcony suite with its spectacular view and booked parking through the hotel which proved smart during the Christmas markets."

"Finally a hotel with a FULL shower: a glass door that completely closes on all sides. Incredible! The location is ideal, parking was free, breakfast selection was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Perfect overnight stay with 2 kids. Large rooms. Only point of feedback would be the heat. Mid january and even with the window open it stayed very warm in the room, as well as other area’s of the hotel."

"The straightest route from this property, Rue Saint-Nicolas, to the city's main attraction is actually dangerous - it is lined with cat-calling and confrontational men and gangs of thieves - I would think advice on this from reception was very important but none was given. The rooms were great for the price and clean too, but very warm - they should be air-conditioned! We were refused a second fan. If the weather is more than mid-twenties during the day expect a sleepless night! The pool was k...
