"Stayed for one night. The AC is not cold, only blowing room temperature air. Bathroom exhaust fan is so dirty, dust flying off put it when turned on. Bathroom has a sewage smell. But the staff were super nice. Even extend check out time to 1pm so I can get a massage in the room. When I don't have 1000 rupiah to pay for printing, they helped print my boarding pass for free too."

"Pictures makes you believe much nicer than it is. When we checked in, asked for 2 keys and told could only have 1. Dirty dishes (not ours) outside of door for 2 days. We called to complain before they picked up. Bathroom smelled and shower drain was slow, so bathroom flooded if didn't take quick shower. Breakfast was good, but it started at 6am and when we arrived at 7, lots of empty pans. The staff tried to put out other food, but was apparent they were not prepared for the hotel to be full....
