"Stunning resort on a quiet hill overlooking the city. Staff were amazing, the resteraunt was good and the views were stunning. As with the whole area, there were a few issues with water shortages, brief power cuts and sketchy wifi but the staff always do their best to fix whatever they can."

"Fasil, the manager, sent the hotel shuttle to pick us up at the airport. The hotel was modern but with marble floors and high ceilings to keep it cool. It had a great restaurant especially for breakfast which was included. It had a terrace which was obviously a favorite gathering spot for locals as well as guests. Overall the service was great and the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable."

"Rooms are good - except the bathrooms haven't been refreshed to the same standard. The hotel seems to be very geared towards tour groups, all the meals seem to be buffets and it's hard to get anything other than that even though there is a menu. Once all the tour groups have left for the day they start packing up the dining room - even though there was an hour left for breakfast. The outdoor areas are just concrete with a few chairs, not very comfortable."

"I have traveled the world with my family, and HIGHLY recommend the Mayleko Lodge. I selected the lodge at random, and was glad I did. The service was incredible. The Hotel Manger paid personal visits to our room to ensure that we were doing well, and in one case noted we were late for breakfast, and offered to arrange room service so we would not miss our breakfast. The Hotel Manger also arranged sightseeing with a very knowledgeable local guide that my son and I very much enjoyed. The Food...
