"I traveled from the US with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old) and my nephew (16 yrs old). We were visiting friends near Richmond, London, England. We were also traveling around England with a rental car. Most hotels around England do not come with parking so this is a big plus. They have an underground parking where you use a PIN to enter and exit. There is not much to do around the neighborhood but since we have a car it was not an issue. "I think it would be very good to provide an actual street address that includes written directions or, at least, a photo with a recognizable landmark to show "lodging is here" with an arrow. Our GPS kept putting us 1 block over and it wasn't until flagging down a passer by, who happened to also rent in a Charles Hope building, that we found what we needed after a 2-hour search."

"Really well equipped 1 bed apartment. Big comfy bed, quite a spacious room and all areas nice and clean. Controlled access so felt very safe and secure at all times. "

"The blinds in the main room did not close and were broken, there was no privacy, also the door on the dishwasher was broken, so some maintenance required to keep up standards."

Other units seem like long term rentals for young workers. Seems like an old office building converted into apartments. Best to just stay at a hotel for the price"

"It was great to have multiple spaces for us to work and have separate bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower lacked power, and the toilet seat needs fixing. It would have been nice to have some table lamps in the living room for a more relaxed feel. "

"The staff were marvellous and the position of the hotel was really good. I arrived feeling jet-lagged and in pain from a neck injury. I got a bit confused and they helped to sort me out with great patience and care. They were all very helpful and kind. Jackie who I think was the manager was vert reassuring and made me feel at ease despite my going down to reception several times with various issues. The location is excellent - the entry to the hotel is in Terminal 3 - great position for arriving and leaving the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
