"Staff were great. Easy access on the edge of town. A pharmacy next door. Easy to get to restaurants. Downside: lots of small holes in the walls which is discomforting. Shower stall way too small. First night tons of noise at 5am, quiet after that. Again, staff wonderful. Would stay there again."

"Don't be put off by the location or the black decor! Stick with it as the rooms are clean with great showers and a comfy bed. The bar is well stocked and cheap and the evening meal was really great with top service and, again, pretty reasonably priced for the standard. we didn't have breakfast but if dinner was anything to go by it would have been good."

"The breakfast and wonderful, friendly staff are the best features of this hotel and helped compensate for the other issues. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. The hotel staff helped us adjust the thermostat, but it was still too warm. It was also very noisy. A tourist group was up very early and made a lot of noise in the hallway, and they woke us up. The evening staff was quite helpful but the morning staff looked as though they had just got out of bed , so scruffy and looked like they had slept in their clothes. "We only spent one night in this B&B franchise but were totally delighted by the entire experience, from the warm welcome to the very comfortable renovated room and a fantastic buffet breakfast featuring an orange juicing machine and a wide selection of coffees. The room amenities worked perfectly, from AC to drains to TV to really cozy comforters. Many 4 and even 5 star hotels can’t rival the level of comfort we have experienced at this B&B. We definitely will be back for a longer time."

"This is your only walkable option to the BSL/MLH airport for that early flight. Rooms are tiny, but clean, with a nice interior and very inexpensive. Make sure you have your confirmation number ready, not just your Orbitz itinerary number as you'll likely have to check in at a machine to get the building and room code. A great option if you understand what you are booking."
