"The property itself is lovely, well furnished and clean. Except, on arrival we discovered a dirty poo-covered pair of pants in one of the drawers in the bedroom. We had been sent a key code via email. On arriving in the absolute freezing cold late at night, we could not get in. There was no light so we were shining a torch whilst trying to line up the numbers on the key safe. It would not open. "This character property was very spacious, well appointed with high quality fittings and had tasteful modern decor. It was very clean too. Nice and quiet, despite being near the airport. The beds and sofas are comfy and a generous size. The sofas are all very low though, so not suitable for older people or those with mobility issues. "Staff were friendly and helpful. The first night there was some noise on the corridor so sleep was disturbed. The second night was much better and I was given a late check out when I explained about the distubance the prior night. Accommodation was clean and had a nice atmosphere. "We were looking for a 2 bedroom stay for us, our teenage daughter, and our 10 month old. Roomzzz came up asa 2 bed apartment option, which suited our needs perfectly. We were very impressed with the hotel; apartment was spacious and very clean, and we will absolutley stay here again if in Leeds. "
