"El establecimiento en general está muy bien, es engorroso el estacionamiento. La comunicación con administración fue decepcionante, vino a la cabaña la administradora y husmeó mientras recogíamos nuestras pertenencias, llevándose un pote de miel, y también desaparecieron unas llaves colgadas de un llavero dentro de la cabaña, y me aseguraron no que estaban. "The cabanas have stunning views to the surrounding lake and mountains. The grounds are beautiful, well kept, quiet and you can observe wildlife as well. "super roomy and rustic cabin with an amazing views. We stayed in the 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Super comfortable with the heated flooring. Kitchen and dining and living area are great. Overall apartment was very clean, some signs of age, but overall a great experience. Dirt road up to the property is normal for Bariloche. Private and gated parking, there is no elevator. Juan was awesome and very helpful. Would def stay again, specially if you're looking for a roomy comfy space for a group...

"We had a bit of a confusion with check in time and language barrier, plus we don't have phones so couldn't call the owners when we got there. However, the cabin was so amazing that we didn't mind having to wait for checkin. The cabin was up high on the property so had amazing views of the lake. Kitchen was well stocked and bed and tv we're great. There was so much space to move around and the floor was heated!!! You wake up to the view out your window. We felt like we were in paradise. ...

"Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up"

"The first apartment was on a lower floor facing the a busy road. Didn’t sleep for 2 nights with drunken teenagers shouting until sunrise. Don’t visit Bariloche in late December. Hundreds of schoolies everywhere you go on package tours. The apartment owner was very nice and I moved to another of her apartments nearby which was very quiet although not a nice as the other."
