"Relativ kleine aber sehr schöne, saubere und bestens eingerichtetete und ausgestattete Wohnung. Mit Geschmack wertig eingerichtet, Küche wie neu und bestens mit allem ausgestattet (2 Kochfelder und kleiner Ofen/Microwelle - zu Zweit kein Problem - aber für ambitionierte Hobbyköche evtl. schon). Preis-/Leistung sehr gut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"Da Dachgeschoss ,war es sehr warm,sehr schön helles Bad.Nur Fenster hatten keine Fliegengitter.Ort Gollwitz ist gerade eine Baustelle da dort viele Wege und Ortsstr.neu gemacht werden.Ansonsten muss man Treppen steigen mit Hund und Gepäck mehrmals am Tag mögen da 2.Geschoss."

"Da mittlerweile mehrere gleichartige Bewerbungen zu den Mißständen aufgetaucht sind, gehe ich hier von Vorsatz aus. Es wird eine Reinigungspauschale berechnet, aber es findet keine Reinigung statt. Das Objekt war am Anreisetag nicht nutzbar und wurde durch mich sauber gemacht. Ich habe das zuständige Ordnungsamt informiert und werde die zuständige Gesundheitsbehörde ebenfalls in Kenntnis setzen. Solchen Leuten gehört das Handwerk gelegt. Nie wieder!!!!!!!"
