"This is a gorgeous historic property outside of town near the Klosterneuberg monastery. I chose it because I prefer green historic, authentically Austrian places. The staff are SUPER friendly and helpful. Just know what you're in for: It's a 20 minute bus or train ride to Heiligenstadt. It's a place built in the 13th century and can smell a little musty at first and the bathrooms are typically Austrian. Bed and bedding were also AWESOMELY Austrian, breakfast is both authentically Austrian and DELICIOUS, so this is perfect if you want an authentic experience and are comfortable outside of town. "

"Great reception by the owner, with suggestions for getting around that were extremely helpful. Very clean and had all the supplies. Quiet, with a great patio. Short walk to the metro and great to have a parking garage. Would definitely come back! "

"You can go to nearest P R in 6 minutes which charges 4 eur daily. And then you can reach to center via metro in 15-20 mins. Area is family friendly and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Only negative side is waiting in front of hotel if you arrive outside of working hours. It's better to communicate with hotel in advance to get pin code for keys. Thanks!"

"A nice hotel close to family who we were visiting. Also near a variety of transport (tram, train and taxi). Breakfast was excellent. I’m not sure if there were issues with the heating but my room was boiling and I heard other people say theirs was freezing. I slept with the window open due to the heat (even though it was icy cold outside) and personally found the road noise too much and it disturbed my sleep. In the grand scheme of things these were minor issues really and if I’d used earplugs I probably would have been fine!"
