"This was a fantastic boutique hotel very close to the sacred heart cathedral and old town. Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were amazing. "Nice small hotel. Modern with all necessary stuff. Small but cozy rooms. All hotel staff was very nice, kind, and helpful. Clean and new. Great Bosnian breakfast. "The property is modern, clean and functional. The location isn't bad if you don't mind a 10 minute walk to the old town. I would've liked better bedding and sheets, but everything else was fine. "I would not recommend this hotel for winter travel as it is not in the old town area and that's pretty much the only place you want to walk around in winter. The hotel is about a 20 min. walk to old town and the roads were icy. The hotel personnel (except in the breakfast room) were not very helpful and were slow. The hotel was comfortable however I felt as though I was staying in a ghost town hotel."
