"Great location if you want to be away from the crowds. The villa is clean, spacious and comfortable affording fabulous views across the Atlantic Ocean to La Gomera. The villa is located in Las Moraditas which is very quiet and around 1.5 miles (2.4 km) up the mountain from Adeje. There you will find 3 large supermarkets, restaurants and bars. A car is advisable as the road is steep and winding. Allessandro is a first class host and will promptly take care of any issues that may arise. "

"Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümer war freundlich und nett. Er kam uns auch entgegen mit der Abreise Uhrzeit. Das Haus und das Grundstück hätte auch wirklich viel Potenzial, um was wirklich schönes draus zu machen. Kritik: Das Wasser vom Pool war nicht klar, sondern sehr trüb. Das Haus war auch nicht sauber geputzt. Und den Betten war es sehr dreckig. Die Toiletten wurden nicht gereinigt. "We have stayed at this development before so were familiar with it's great location and this apartment was fantastic. Lots of space both inside and on the terrace, well equiped and very clean. It is located next to the pool and also the bar but this shuts at 9pm and we didn't hear any noise of an evening, even on xmas eve and xmas day. The only thing which could be a problem for some groups is that 1 of the bedrooms (and a bathroom) which located downstairs doesn't have a door between them and...

"We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Villa to other larger groups and extended families. The Villa is well situated for walking to all areas around Costa Adeje and Plaza del Duque. The Villa itself is very spacious inside, with several lovely outdoor seating and lounging areas available. We had a slight issue with initial check in at the Villa but it was resolved by the host Elana and quickly forgotten once we began our fabulous holiday. "

"Booked a villa for a large family vacation. First of all, the location is great. The ocean, grocery store, and restaurants are within walking distance. The villa had everything you need for a stay, including soap and towels. A nice bonus was the pool and barbecue area. The villa comfortably accommodated 8 people, so I can recommend it for a large company. Overall, a pleasant experience"

"We stay in Bischosfshofen on a yearly basis, to date this is the largest pool we have come across. On arrival a good selection of drinks for all ages were left for us which beats past experiences. The villa is set up for small children with stair gates in place. We had a few small issues, these were dealt with swiftly. Management team were pleasant to deal with. Great location for local restaurants and a short walk to the beach, the area never fails to reach our expectations! Thanks Top Kaneran"

"Villa was in a perfect location. It was clean but it needs updating. The furniture in the bedroom looked a bit tired. The shelving in the shower is coming off the wall. The kitchen was well equipped but there was absolutely nothing in the way of condiments or cleaning products.which is unusual when staying in villas. "

"Our stay was very nice. The accomodation included everything we needed ( kitchen eqipment, outdoor seatings, washing machine etc) for a comfortable stay. Supermarkets, petrol stations etc were only 10 min away. Both, hiking spots as well as tourist areas such as Los Christianos, Los Gigantes were easy to reach. WLAN was good and strong and we could easily stream Netflix and Prime with our laptop in the evening since there was only Spanish TV available. The views ( sea and eventually La Gomera...

After Bris talked us through how to optimise our stay, he suggested we check for what was already in the villa that we could use from toiletries to condiments. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highlyrecommend"

"Nice 1 bedroom apt for short stay. Clean, pleasant staff. Kitchen a bit small - can't really do much in they way of cooking if you are so inclined. Area is a bit out of the way, definitely need a car."

"I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location and views are truly beautiful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food on the property was fantastic, and I loved how close it was to exciting places like Siam Park, Jungle Park, and the beach. Being near the center of Los Cristianos meant there was always something to do. I also appreciated the peaceful evenings, which allowed me to relax and unwind. I can't recommend this hotel enough; I’m definitely looking forward to booking another stay soon!"

"I've stayed 4 times at this hotel now. So I guess I really like it! It's really convenient to Tenerife South airport (22 euros taxi). That does mean the planes fly overhead, but they never bothered us. The hotel is nice and it's big (it takes a while to work out how to get around!), Its on a slope - so some walking up and down steps/ramps required. Rooms are really large and very quiet. Bathrooms have a bath. The all-inclusive is great. Food in the dining room is a buffet and there's always lots of choice. Staff are nice. We like the numerous pools. There is various entertainment. For us it's a very easy hotel to just go and chill and get some winter sun. It is a little shabby around the edges, but taking everything into consideration, for the price, it's great. I can't comment on the area outside, as we never stepped foot outside, as were just there to rest and recharge batteries, for which its perfect!"

Little get away from the cold in Germany.

"My goddaughter and I did a 3 day visit and saw that this Hotel was close to the Airport and bus transportation was right outside of the hotel. The bedroom was separated from the lil kitchen and living room. Would definitely recommend and if ever have an opportunity to come back, would definitely stay here again."
