"Stay here often. This time I notice some things that need attention: the layout of the rooms is a bit odd; the thermostat didn’t work the whole time I stayed (and when I asked for an engineer no one came); the restaurant is closed on Mondays and the bar menu is very limited. The ground floor was freezing and the service in kitchen was slow which made dining there uncomfortable. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Lovely decor and the best location in town. "We needed a decent room for the night to explore Versailles and this hotel was perfect for that purpose. Small quiet room with decent beds... a good nights sleep. Walking distance to everything with parking on site... and they let us leave the rental car in the parking lot until the afternoon so we had lot's of time to explore the palace in the morning before heading to our next destination. Great staff, great breakfast."

"The staff was very courteous and helpful. We arrived late at night, after a very long drive, and we are so thankful the attendant was there to open the gate and help us to our room. The room was comfortable, we were able to open the window to allow cool air in. The lobby and breakfast area of the hotel was very clean and organized. Merci, for a very nice stay. They should be able to provide some guidelines about the surrounding areas - e.g. in case of emergency they should know pharmacy, electric shop, shopping area etc. Even after asking repetedly for help and directions, the response was luke warm.
