"This hotel is ultra all inclusive. Everything is included the guest is really on top of there mind."

"Despite crowdie season, the staff ( mostly ), the hotel itself, by architecture and position, offered a more than pleasant time inside. So close to the beach, morning breakfast in the vicinity of the infinity pool ( by the way, such a nice feeling in it ), and not to forget the SkyBar or the dedicated parking. A place to come back for sure. "

"Von außen ist das Hotel schön und einladend. Man wird auch an der Rezeption freundlich vom Personal empfangen, nur das war es dann mit dem freundlichen Personal.Das Personal im Restaurant kennt kein Lachen und man fühlt sich nicht wirklich willkommen, genau so bei den Bademeistern bzw. dem Personal vom Partystadl (wo man Getränke am Strand bekommt) die sind zum Teil echt arrogant und beschäftigen sich lieber mit anderen Dingen wie z.b.ihren Handys.Die Zimmer sind Staubig bzw. schlecht geputzt....

Fantastic hotel

"It was a beautiful hotel with a spectacular view. It was across the street from the beach and a ton of restaurants, shops, bars (one of them is an Eiffel Tower, carnival rides, ect. The noise from all that goes on until 3AM. That’s not a complaint. If you are across from all that you should expect noise. I mention it to suggest packing ear plugs. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean. We splurged for a balcony and I’m so glad we did. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable!! It had everything you could possibly imagine and it was delicious. The other bonus was free parking. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. "
