"I booked the Westin for a girls trip with my best friend. It was our first time to Jekyll island and it did not disappoint! Everyone who greeted us was kind and very welcoming! Our room was upgraded to a partial ocean and it was gorgeous! Staring at the ocean all day and night with the lovely sound of the crashing waves!! "The front desk service was very pleasant and professional. Although I understand the facility is under renovation, i would be better to make sure rooms are functional. The shower was warm at best and did not drain so you had to stand in water. I let the front desk know and they informed me that maintenance would be notified. My stay was short so I do not know if any resolution was made. "

"The staff were wonderful and so sweet! We enjoyed every second of our stay. Close to the beach, restaurants, a wonderful pool with a hot tub (big hit for me and my boyfriend) we would highly recommend staying here. We cannot wait to get back to our home away from home! "
