Details About the Property:
Discover comfort in this 2-bedroom gem, steps from amenities and WINTER SKI SHUTTLE. Free parking for 1 car. Nestled in the heart of downtown Golden, this 750 sqft / 70 m2 unit accommodates up to 4 guests.

Kitchen & Living Room:
Open concept kitchen and living room with views of the TV from all parts of either room. High quality appliances in the kitchen, with a dining table that seats 4.

Dedicated Workspace:
There are two laptop tables on either side of the chimney in the hallway. Each table has its own electrical outlet to plug in your computer and devices. The tables are counter height, with rattan counter height stools for seating.

Bedrooms:
The bedrooms each have queen beds and plenty of electrical outlets on either side of the bed for all of your devices. There are full length mirrors in both bedrooms and plenty of hooks and closets with hangers. There is a dresser in one bedroom and shelves in the closet in the other room.

Bathroom:
The bathroom includes a beautiful brand new combination tub/shower unit and a 30.5" vanity. There are shelves in the bathroom to hold your toiletries and there is also room under the sink.
