The first floor features an open-concept living area with 10ft ceilings, large windows, and an airy, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, French press, and all the essentials, along with a pantry stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. The dining area comfortably seats six and is perfect for shared meals.

Relax in the living room with a comfy couch, TV with a soundbar for enhanced entertainment, board games, and cozy blankets, or catch up on work in the office nook with a desk, chair, and lamp. Step onto the large deck to enjoy the outdoor dining set, loungers, a BBQ, and breathtaking vistas.

The walk-out basement houses two spacious bedrooms, both with large windows and great views. The master bedroom boasts a California king bed with a Douglass mattress, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a Douglass mattress and ample storage.

Just steps from the basement is a private hot tub, sanitized with ozone and tested weekly for your comfort.

High-speed Starlink internet keeps you connected, but please note, for insurance reasons, the wood stove is not available for use.

We are located in rural British Columbia, surrounded by majestic mountains and ever-changing weather. Please keep in mind that services here may differ from what you’re used to in larger cities.

Important to note:

During the winter, our contractor clears snow from the driveway. After heavy snowfall, there may be a delay.

Our home is nestled in nature, so it's possible to encounter wildlife. Please avoid leaving food or garbage outside to minimize attracting animals. While sightings are rare, it’s best to remain aware of your surroundings.

In summer, mosquitoes can be a nuisance. We recommend keeping unscreened doors and windows closed. Consider bringing insect repellent or a device like a Thermacell, which can also be purchased locally.

Our water is sourced from a well, filtered, treated with UV light, and completely safe to drink. Please note, in the event of a power outage, the well pump will not operate.

For waste management, we use a septic system. Only flush toilet paper and human waste—please avoid disposing of anything else. Similarly, only wastewater should go down the sinks.

There is a wood stove in our living room, but unfortunately due to our insurance provider, we cannot let our guests use it. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please, do not use it.
