"We stayed here for 2 nights in the 4 bedroom cottage/house. It was amazing ocean views from the outdoor table! There was only 2 of us, but that was only room left when we booked, honestly, I'd book it again just for us, because it was huge and so much room to feel like we were at home, and again- views were amazing! "The owner was very friendly, showed us grapevines they had grown outside the room and invited us to take some grapes with us when we left (very tasty). There was a lot of road noise until after dark as we were just off a main road, but the property was nice and well appointed. I booked online and apparently the room with 2 beds did not translate well but they immediately made up an extra bed for me, no trouble. Did not try the pool but it was open"

"What a wonderful property! We rented the one bedroom “hut” with a private bath. The little hut was adorable, very clean and nicely outfitted. The grounds were amazing, with a well stocked shared kitchen, cute little living area, washing machine and open air drying area and lots of rabbits too! Fellow residents were a wonderful bunch and we enjoyed meeting everyone. You can also rent ebikes on site and they gave us an amazing discount on really high quality bikes. There is a trail system connected to the property. A wonderful beach at Rabbit island is a twenty minute ride or a 10 minute drive away. This place would also be an incredible site for a wedding or a corporate retreat. (My understanding is that the main house is rentable too and there are big tents already set up on the property.) We are already plotting a return to our hut! "

Bellbird Batch

"To be fair the batch fit out was much superior to what we expected and of course had some concerns to make sure everything was in order on leaving.We are of an era when a batch was a little more simple.However we enjoyed our stay and the wifi Tv was good as could log n for UTube .I did have some concern when after the deposit was paid the instructional email did not have the attachment on two occasions.Sadly these days it is difficult to make a booking direct with the owner and the attendant add on costs whiv arrise."

"We all absolutely loved our stay at the bowling club. Fantastic facilities. Everything we needed and more. Awesome swimming spot across the road at the river. Lovely visits from rosie and spud the dogs which made our trip complete. We will definitely be back and will stay for a few more days!"
