"This was our second time staying here. The location is great if you just want to step out into downtown. However, the upstairs neighbors had a very loud party the first night we stayed that lasted until 2am. In addition, the security deposit is excessive. They charge your card 1500$ when you book and it took 2 weeks after we left to get the refund. Hosts very responsive and lots of nice little touches like fresh coffee beans. My only caveat (and the reason for 4 vs. 5 stars) is the parking.
