Great property and home on the river. My family and I had a blast and really enjoyed our stay. Our dogs had a great time as well 😉 if ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway
We loved our stay and have told others about this lovely house. We loved the outdoor space and took advantage of the fire pit and barbeque. Perfect location, literally right over the river and short drives to Grants Pass, Jacksonville or Medford.

Relax by the Rouge
This is really a lovely home very nicely decorated, located right next to the Rogue river. Your dog will absolutely love this place as it has a fenced in area that is great for exercise and wonderful for lounging around. We really like going out on the deck and enjoying the river. The hosts are so super easy to work with and very responsive. I wouldn’t think twice about renting this unit again. Great job!

Beautiful property overlooking the Rogue River! It was clean and clearly labeled, so we knew where to find everything. We had a couple hiccups, but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very impressive house on the river. Very clean and decorated very nice! Do your self a favor if you get the chance stay here you will enjoy it! Maybe a new Matress for the master bedroom!

Good stay
We really like this property a lot, there’s a lot of room for our family and dog, next to the river, and close to where we would like to go. The place is relaxing and cozy, it would have been a perfect stay if the weather cooperated. We will not hesitate to come back and stay at the property when we go back to Medford.

We wer looking for a place to have our adult kids, small dog and friends over to celebrate our wedding. If you are looking for a place to relax the river will take your stress away. We are moving out of town and want to rent this place when we visit family.

As we pulled up the pics of the Property didn't disappoint. Beautiful, Clean, and Refreshing. Loved sitting out on the deck watching the sunset enjoying a cold refreshment then following it up in the amazing theater watching Movies!

We enjoyed our stay and will come back again. The house was very comfortable and cozy. Heater worked well and the electric fireplace added a nice ambiance. We had a little mishap but the host took immediate action to fix the problem.

We loved the location of this property. It's right on the river. We had a problem with water back up in the tub. We contacted the property manager and he got us another place to stay for the night at another one of there properties until the issue was resolved, that property was awesome as well.Great communication. We will definitely stay at one of there properties again.

River property
Rustic and relaxing location right on the river. Well equipped kitchen and propane for the BBQ. We didnt use them, but there were fishing rods on the deck. The road was a little noisy at night. Secure location. Our dog had a nice yard to roam in, although she chose to bark at bigfoot first each time she went out

WE WILL RETURN!!
We loved the funkiness of this place! It had everything we needed. We loved how many blankets and towels were available as needed. We did use the futons in the living area, and they were very comfortable. We had our dog with us and felt very secure having him in the yard, which was huge. Being right on the river was absolutely spectacular! Beautiful views from both decks, and the propane fireplace outside was wonderful. Just gorgeous area, and we will most definitely return!! Highly recommend!

Perfect little house on the river
This house was fantastic. We loved the location, the view, and it was clean (which is something we have had a huge issue with when traveling and renting houses lately). We even had a hard time with our dog not wanting to leave. He was very comfortable here. We will definitely be returning in the future :) Probably bring some other family with so they can fall in love with it.
