Perched high on Woodgee Street in Currumbin amongst the prestigious homes, offering stunning views of the Gold Coast coastline.

Spread across the top level, this modern, spacious duplex offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including ensuite), modern, fully equipped kitchen and open plan living/ lounge area.

Step outside onto the roomy balcony, complete with comfortable furnishings and BBQ and enjoy the spectacular panoramic views from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta.

The interior is stylish and offers a beachy character. Spacious, bright, air-conditioned throughout and tastefully furnished, this is sure to become a favourite!

Whale watching at its best during winter, so don't forget your binoculars.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 15 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
