Blue C 1304 - Coolangatta Beachfront!

Blue C 1304 is located on the beachfront in the heart of Coolangatta and is sure to become a family favourite! Located on the thirteenth floor, this modern apartment offers stunning views and great resort facilities!

The apartment features two bedrooms and spacious open plan living.

The master bedroom features luxurious king bed, air-conditioning, floor to ceiling glass windows with stunning ocean views, balcony access, and a modern ensuite with a walk in shower.

The second bedroom/study offers 2 single beds which can be folded away to a single and a trundle (if you'd like more space), plus wall mounted TV and desk.

The loungeroom offers ultimate relaxation with air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings and large flat screen TV with Foxtel and Wi-Fi.

The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher offers everything you need on holidays and you can enjoy the stunning views while you cook.

There is also a separate laundry room with toilet and also a washing machine and dryer. Please note there is only one shower which is in the ensuite, accessed through the master bedroom.

Stroll out onto the balcony equipped with comfortable furnishings and enjoy breathtaking views that stretch from Surfers Paradise to Greenmount. Enjoy whale watching in winter, morning surf checks from the balcony, and watching all the festivities of the Cooly Rocks On and Corona Pro Surf festivals!

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 2 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Just what we needed
A great stay here, every time we looked out off the balcony there were wales going past in the distance. Sleeping with the sound of waves is always a perfect holiday. Only negative was a little dog upstairs that barked a bit, it wasn’t a major problem.

Great location and ocean views
Stayed here for a short winter break. Great location being an easy walk to everything. 180 degree ocean views perfect for whale watching. Be aware the second "bedroom" has no wardrobes and is very small with room for two single beds and little else. We would happily stay again regardless.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views. However, the second bedroom only had access to the bathroom through the main bedroom! Sure, there's a toilet in the laundry, but having a shower is a problem! Therefore, I don't think this property should be listed as a 2 bedroom.

A beautiful beach and country but at the same time very noisy place from the traffic and barking dog (in the house). Also even so it was stated this is a non smoking house there obvious was a person smoking direct under our apartment and the smoke came up to us. Not pleasant at all. Also a tripping tab in the bathroom.

The apartment was beautiful and the view amazing, however, every single night the apartment which we believe is privately owned and lived in below ours had a smoker that would smoke numerous times a night regardless of the advertising that this is a smoke-free complex. This is normally a situation that would not affect you within your own living courters yet the smoke drift would go throughout our whole apartment. You were unable to leave the sliding doors to the living area or main bedroom open to take advantage of the 13th-floor sea breeze every night, even at 4.30 am. Real Estate in charge of the rental property was unable to assist with poor return communication and management onsite was also unable to prevent the smoking from occurring, "toothless tiger" as they told us. The apartment was 10/10, assistance provided for issues regarding what the environment provided for the apartment 1/10. I would not stay at this location again unless you were a smoker. Paid a lot of money just to breath in second-hand smoke.
