Enjoy a view of the ocean from your very own private balcony! Family-friendly by design, this townhouse is all set up to host your Oregon Coast adventure. Enjoy grilling out on the deck with a salty breeze in your hair, or cook something tasty for the day in the fully equipped kitchen. If you're just coming in from the beach, unwind in front of the gas fireplace. Board games are provided for good times as the sun goes down. The main bedroom of the home is on the main floor, so younger guests will have the lower floor all to themselves. Everyone will find room to relax at this home by the waves.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Close to the Beach & adequate space for 5!
We had to plan our stay last minute and booking was easy with no issues. We could see the beach, though a house is being built across the street and may limit that view very shortly. Construction noise wasn't really an issue as they were only on the ground level stuff and no walls raised yet. We enjoyed the numerous close places to grab coffee, so we could sit on the beach in the mornings and caffeinate. Beds were comfy and stocked with pillows and blankets, bathrooms were adequate, kitchen needs were met. The washer dryer were musty and you need to bring your own detergent. Overall a decent stay. Thanks!

Location, view of ocean, space are all wonderful. The young woman who responded to assist us was great. On the down side, 4 of the 6 dining chairs are broken and could be a hazard. Welcome book still had the name of and contacts of company not managing any longer. Local Vacasa manager never responded to our call.

Beach access was close, which was really nice for our walks with the four legged children. The bar-b-que lighter didn't work, had to use manual lighter, flames were clogged causing uneven heat, which was a challenge grilling. There is no TV at all unless you have Amazon Prime, Netflix or something else you can log into, or mirror from your phone, if you're not savvy with that, NO TV for you. There were no instructions on how to do it. We both spent a lot of our time trying to figure out how to get any TV programming. You cannot turn it on and watch something or anything. There was no TVs in any bedroom either. We tried to login several times, getting a message saying bad internet connection before it actually worked making it difficult to enjoy watching a movie when it was too foggy to even see the ocean. The view would have been nicer with clean windows. We liked the location, but next time would rent on the opposite side of the street to eliminate the 19 stairs to get to the street.

Holiday Vacation
Perfect place to stay for a seaside vacation! The accommodations were perfect for our family. Hiking, walking the beach, peace and quiet. The company was very easy to communicate with. Arrived at midnight and couldn't get in with digital code but was able to talk to a person and gained access quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Southern Oregon Coast family trip
Our first time to Oregon and we opted to go to the Southern Coast to spend time around Samuel Boardman Corridor. Gold Beach was a convenient location and Ebb and Flow was a very comfortable, spacious, well cared for vacation home with ready beach access. Beds were particularly comfortable which was great after doing lots of hiking and driving daily

Special Ebb & Flow
Love the location. Beautiful views of the ocean from the great room and deck. Close access to the beach. Comfortable townhome with a nice size kitchen and fireplace. Master Bedroom has a sloped ceiling with a large bathroom including a spacious bath tub.
