"We stayed in the Radisson Blu while bringing our daughter there to study at the University- we do not speak any polish, so I was a little concerned, however for no need. The staff was great, hotel clean quiet, great location, the shopping at the Galaxy was some of the best I’ve known (were from Canada) When we come to visit again it will by far be our first choice in hotel! Thank you! "

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying....

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "

"Most of the elements of our stay were great. The room was quite nice, with great wi-fi, TV, etc. It had a fridge, though a small one. The batroom as nice and clean. We had a nice balcony with chairs, facing the wooded area. Cafes and restaurants were quite nice. The buffet breakfast was really great. The spa area were nice as well. "

"Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Golfplatz raus und es war wirklich sehr ruhig ab 22 Uhr, sodass man auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Das Frühstücksangebot ist nicht ausladend, aber absolut ausreichend. Auch die gebuchte Massage war wirklich sehr gut. "Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Lage war top. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns allen von 10Jahre bis 43Jahren super gefallen. Es hat uns nix gefällt. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the sea, making it perfect for beach lovers. The convenience of having parking available was a huge plus, especially in a busy area. "Baltic Amber is a VERY unique place. Its location is PREMIERE, access to private beach is totally unreplaceable. Hotel itself leave a lot to be desired, the main problem is LACK OF AIR CONDITIONNING, which at todays age of global warming is a big NO NO! What compensate this is unbelievable management. I have to mention by name deputy manager, Mrs. ANIA, who was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful in making our stay memorable (even without AC) :). All in all, beside the shortcomings of the hotel itself, its location, private beach and manager Ania made our stay truly memorable. "
