I hope they will fix the deficiencies soon. What comes to my mind; Foot towel, face towel, air conditioner, baby bed, spare blanket, kitchenware. (There is nothing but 2 plates, 2 glasses, 2 knives and 1 kettle)"

"La habitacion que elegi tenia balcon, tiene television, y aire acondicionado, todo servis bien y estaba limpio lo que no me gusto es que las fotos que aparecen ya son muy viejas y no se parecen a lo de hoy en dia que ya esta muy descuidado, especialmente el balcon. "It was one of the most stressful check in, they were so dishonest and tried to put me in the box room ,the size of prison cell without AC in the boiling hot weather and were saying that the single room has no AC.
