Although overall it was a good experience with a comfortable room and lovely ambience, the room service and house keeping requires monitoring...requests were taking extraordinarily long time and some of them were not at all clued up...food and buffet breakfast were satisfactory

uncomfortable pillows and overpriced
rooms are big and food was awesome. but the pillows were not comfortable to sleep. clean environment and service is excellent. furniture in the suit room could’ve been better. overall property is very good but overpriced
The pillows were too thick and due to that we could not sleep well.
There is a glass between the room and washroom. There is no curtain there and hence the light diffuses into the room when washroom light goes on. This disturbs the sleep of the second person.
Breakfast was not upto the mark.
The property is new and one of the best in the area. It has lot of teething issues which I hope they will be able to overcome with time. The staff needs thorough training with regard to customer dealing. The people at the front desk need to be more pro and helping towards customer satisfaction. After my checking out and final settlement of the bill the person at the reception asked me to pay more amount which was never discussed with me earlier. The staff themselves are confused they need guidance from trained people in the hotel industry. I mean they should hire experienced people. But property is amazing!
